Results vary but rely mainly on introduction, closed sale, and terms. Channel Management: Exploring, and executing distribution chain relationship program for getting product or service to market. Results are often based on broad model for maintenance of the channel program and each relationship regarding satisfaction and productivity within each channel. Deal-Making: Researching and negotiating contracts for various business functions. Involves: supporting management team in building out models for potential deals; navigating those deals through organization buy-in and legal process; closing contract and piloting implementation. Results are often based on meeting or exceeding expected terms of agreement.
